Ceilidh Details

This section is all about the important details of your ceilidh!

Parking Arrangements
Do you have suitable parking available near the venue for our team to unload our equipment? If we need to unload and move cars, additional charges may apply for parking and extra time required for this.

The Band

This section covers performance times, line-up, and any special requests you might have. Whether it’s a favourite dance or tune, or something to make your event extra special—like a "Happy Birthday" on the bagpipes—we’re here to make it memorable!

If you have a theme in mind, let us know! We cover everything from traditional Scottish ceilidhs in kilts to Wild West ceilidhs in cowboy hats—and even circus-themed ceilidhs!






Event Budget for Entertainment
Please specify your budget range for the ceilidh. This helps us recommend the best line-up to suit your event and ensure the perfect experience within your budget.  

Your Free Extras

We offer up to 4 hours of entertainment as standard (excluding setup and pack-down time, so you get a full 4 hours of entertainment). During the ceilidh dancing sets, we can include Highland bagpipes and DJ background during breaks in our sets.

For example, if you choose two 45-minute sets, we’ll perform the first 45-minute set, take a break, then perform the second 45-minute set. After the second set, we can continue with a disco for the remaining time, if required. If there is any time left after any of the ceilidh sets, you can enjoy more disco music, and if you wish to extend the disco further, this is available on a per-hour basis.

In most cases, the 4 hours will cover everything you need, but we can discuss additional options if required.







PA Equipment

We provide a PA system with a Soundcraft UI16 mixing desk, microphones, and wireless systems as standard for all events. While some venues have built-in speakers that we can sometimes connect to, we always bring our own 15-inch active speakers to ensure great sound quality.  





Lighting

Our sound-to-light effects, party lights, and stage lighting (including strobe effects) are included in all our packages, offering a vibrant atmosphere for your event. While many ceilidh bands don’t provide lighting, we go the extra mile!



Keep the party going!

For events lasting over 4 hours, we offer additional services to keep the atmosphere going all day long.
